This document is a set of standard terms and conditions for the provision of services, but where intellectual property is a significant consideration for the parties.

These terms and conditions may be used for a variety of services, including professional and IT services, to name a few.  

These terms and conditions are written with the interests of the supplier as the priority.  So typically, a consultant would issue these terms and conditions to the client along with a work order form (see the separate LexisNexis document, “Work order”).
