Introductory note

THIS AGREEMENT is made on [date]. BETWEEN: [Name of licensor supplier] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Supplier); and [Name of customer] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Customer) BACKGROUND The Supplier owns the Software. The Supplier wishes to grant, and the Customer wishes to take, a licence to use the Software on the terms of this agreement.
