Introductory note

THIS AGREEMENT is made on [date]. BETWEEN: [Name of bureau] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Bureau); and [Name of customer] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Customer) BACKGROUND The Customer has data that needs to be processed. The Bureau has a system that can be used for processing data such as the Customer's data. The Customer will provide its data to the Bureau, and the Bureau will process the data, under the terms of this Agreement.
