Recruitment services agreement

Recruitment services agreement

Regular price $90.00

This document is an agreement to a recruitment company to provide recruitment services to a company seeking to employ new staff.

It contains clauses detailing the obligations of the recruitment company and the client or company seeking to employ new staff. It also contains clauses detailing the placement fee arrangements and the process for termination of the agreement. Importantly, the precedent provides a disputes clause, in the event of disputes arising between the parties.

There are 2 schedules that address the recruiter's recruitment conditions, and the service levels to be provided by the recruitment company.

Once the company has recruited new staff, it may require an employment agreement (or offer of employment) for the employee. See the separately available precedents:

·                “Basic employment agreement (long form)”

·                “Basic employment agreement (short form)”

·                “Employment agreement (part time)”; and

“Casual employment agreement”.
