Introductory note

THIS AGREEMENT is made on [date] BETWEEN: [Name of supplier] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Customer); and [Name of customer] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Contractor) BACKGROUND The Customer is contemplating a project under which it may buy a system. The Customer wishes to conduct testing to identify any security risks associated with the project. The Contractor will provide the testing services under the terms of this agreement.
