THIS AGREEMENT is made on [date] BETWEEN: [Name of supplier] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Supplier); and [Name of customer] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Customer) BACKGROUND The Customer wishes to receive [insert description of products/services] products/services (Products/Services) from time to time. The Customer wishes to appoint a panel of suppliers (Panel) for the future supply of the Products/Services to it. The Supplier wishes to be appointed to the Panel under the terms set out in this agreement.
