This document is a paid parental leave policy.
This policy may be used to regulate the management, operation and use of paid parental leave. This policy may apply to all employees who are eligible to receive paid parental leave. The policy provides for an additional paid parental leave entitlement for individual employers to offer.
This policy may be used in conjunction with the “Personal leave policy” and the “Annual leave policy.”
