Introductory note

THIS AGREEMENT is made on [date]. BETWEEN: [Name of supplier] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Supplier); and [Name of customer] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Customer) BACKGROUND The Customer is in the business of [insert]. The Customer wishes to dismantle its internal IT division and engage a third party expert to meet its IT processing requirements. The Supplier is in the business of providing IT outsourcing services and has agreed to provide such services for the Customer on the terms set out in this agreement.
