This precedent is a notice to complete which the vendor may serve on the purchaser in cases of delay. Where the vendor is ready, willing and able to complete the contract and the scheduled date for completion has passed, the vendor may serve on the purchase a notice requiring the time for completion to be an essential condition of the contract, usually within 14 days of the date of the notice. |
