This agreement provides for the usual parts of an employment agreement, such as duties, salary and leave, as well as provisions in relation to performance and salary review, dispute resolution and restraint.
When drafting this agreement, practitioners must check the current state and federal employment laws, awards and other conditions imposed by legislation from time to time. This agreement will not be appropriate for all salary levels or employees.
