Use this letter when acting for a purchaser in a conveyancing matter to send requisitions to the vendor’s solicitor.
Please note this letter encloses a copy of requisitions on title and the printed requisitions are not included with this precedent. Use the precedent called “Requisitions on title” as the enclosure.
It should also be noted that the correct requisitions must be attached depending on whether the land is residential, commercial, strata or rural.
