This precedent is a letter used when acting for a purchaser in a conveyancing matter at the conclusion of the matter to send payment to the strata manager for strata levies collected on settlement.

All rates, water and strata levies should be adjusted as at the date of settlement and any unpaid levies paid.  It is customary for the current quarter to be paid up in full, if not already paid.
