This is a precedent letter to a purchaser client reporting settlement.
This letter can be used to advise the purchaser that the property purchase has been completed. It advises that settlement has occurred. It also identifies to the purchaser how the purchaser’s moneys were disbursed on completion, and what was provided to the purchaser’s mortgagee. It also includes all necessary details pertaining to the purchaser, and things that the purchaser should action following completion.
