This precedent letter is used to send the Land and Property Information transfer form to the purchaser for execution. The letter is also used to request that the purchaser return the executed transfer with a bank cheque for stamp duty payable on the transfer and contract. This will enable the documents to be stamped at the Office of State Revenue. |
For a letter to the vendor’s solicitor enclosing the transfer, see the separate precedent “Letter to vendor’s representative forwarding transfer for execution (and strata/community notices)”.
