This precedent is a letter to the purchaser client enclosing the settlement statement.

This letter is used primarily to provide the purchaser with details of all arrangements made for settlement of the purchase. It is also used to requesting further moneys if these are to be provided directly by the purchaser before completion.

This letter may also be used to report to the purchaser before completion of all searches and enquiries undertaken, and to remind the purchaser of things they need to do before completion.
