This precedent is a letter advising a purchaser about a registered plan. Use this letter when acting for a purchaser in a conveyancing matter to advise a client who has purchased an “off-the-plan” property or an unregistered property. Enclose a copy of the plan and advise that the plan has now been registered at Land and Property Information NSW and the matter is ready for settlement. |
