BETWEEN: [Name of supplier] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Supplier); and [Name of customer] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Customer) BACKGROUND The Supplier has agreed to provide a system to the Customer. The rollout of the system at the Customer's sites requires planning. Under the terms of this agreement, the Supplier will develop a plan and strategies for the rollout and testing of the system.
