This policy provides information for employees in relation to their rights and obligations in relation to harassment, including sexual harassment, and bullying in the workplace. This policy provides guidance as to what is considered unlawful behaviour and how complaints may be made to the employer.
It is suitable for use in any business with persons who are:
· permanent employees (including full time and part time);
· fixed-term employees;
· casual employees; and temporary agency staff and contractors
