As soon as an employee has agreed to be employed by an employer, it is important for the following documents to be provided to that employee preferably before, or if this is not possible then as soon as possible after, the employee commences work:

  • Fair Work Information Statement; and
  • Copies of all employer policies applicable to that employee (see precedent policy documents).
