This document is a basic, short form agreement for the protection of confidential information of an employer when employing an employee and is suitable for use with employment of permanent, non-award/award employees (both full time and part time).
This agreement is in addition to an employment agreement between the employer and the employee. It may be issued with the employment agreement at the commencement of employment.
