Introductory note

BETWEEN: [Name of host party] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Host Party); and [Name of affected party] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Affected Party) BACKGROUND Each party has a computer system and wants backup in the event of a disaster. The parties will provide backup to each other in the event of a disaster, under the terms of this agreement.
