Introductory note

THIS AGREEMENT is made on [date]. BETWEEN: [Name of supplier] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Supplier); and [Name of customer] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Customer) BACKGROUND The Supplier runs a call centre operation in [location]. The Customer receives telephone calls from its own customers and needs assistance in answering and dealing with the calls. The Supplier will provide call centre services to the Customer under the terms of this agreement.
