This precedent is an order issued to the agent by the purchaser’s representative. The order is a document delivered on completion to the vendor’s representative which confirms to the agent that completion has taken place. The order also authorises the agent who is acting as depositholder to release the deposit to the vendor. If the depositholder under the contract is the vendor’s representative, the order should be addressed to that person. |
