Use this letter when acting for a purchaser in a conveyancing matter to send requisitions to the vendor’s solicitor. Please note this letter encloses a copy of requisitions on title and the printed requisitions are not included with this precedent. Use the precedent called “Requisitions on title” as the enclosure. |
It should also be noted that the correct requisitions must be attached depending on whether the land is residential, commercial, strata or rural.
