This is a document request for information or quotation to be sent to a service provider.

This precedent letter sets out the main type of questions that a client might ask a service provider (or type of information it might seek). It sets out requests for information from the service provider, including the nature of the services provided, pricing, performance and delivery, in light of a client’s specific needs.

The letter includes an option that a confidentiality agreement be entered into. This confidentiality agreement would be used where the service provider needs further information from the client that may include sensitive and confidential information in relation to the client’s business and activities.
