Introductory note

THIS AGREEMENT is made on [date]. BETWEEN: [Name of supplier] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Supplier); and [Name of customer] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Customer) BACKGROUND The Supplier owns the Software. The Customer wishes to trial the Software. The Supplier will grant a licence to the Customer for the purposes of testing the Software on the terms of this agreement.
