Introductory note

THIS AGREEMENT is made on [date]. BETWEEN: [Name of licensor/supplier] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Supplier); and [Name of customer] [ACN or ABN, if applicable] of [address] (Customer) BACKGROUND The Supplier owns the Software. The Customer wishes to test the Software prior to making any commercial purchase of the Software. The Supplier will provide the Software to the Customer for the purposes of the testing under the terms of this agreement.
