This document is a superannuation fund letter. This letter may be utilised by an employer at the time of an employees’ commencement. It requests that the employee informs the employer of his or her superannuation fund details.

It is suitable for use in any workplace. This precedent provides options which can be used, where relevant, to the specific situation. Options not required may be deleted.
