Introductory note

This is an optional clause incorporating company policies and procedures. This clause is designed for inclusion in the employment contract. It requires that the employee agrees to abide by the employer’s policies and procedures, as varied from time to time, and that the policies and procedures form a term of the contract. Clauses should be adapted to ensure consistence of terminology, particularly in relation to defined terms.
