This document is an agreement to allow an individual to perform services as an unpaid volunteer for an organisation.

It details relevant provisions in relation to the volunteers’ duties and obligations, and matters of health and safety. It also contains a short form provision with respect to confidentiality, in order to provide protection for the organisations confidential information when such information is disclosed to the volunteer.

The Schedule sets out a Volunteer Declaration which is critical as part of the agreement, and is compliant with the relevant Fair Work Act.
