The information provided is limited to and only in relation to the Eligibility and calculation for the nominated employee. This is a service from our VirtualHR team and is per employee. You will receive a form to complete. An email with the employee’s eligibility detail/s together with the calculation either pre-entitlement, post entitlement or on termination of employment for the nominated employee will be sent directly to the email you provide.
