Consent of occupier of registered office and company

Regular price $7.00

This document is a consent by the occupier of a place that is the registered office of a company, where the company is not physically located at that place.

Each Australian registered company is required by law to have an Australian registered office to which all communications and notices may be addressed. If the company does not occupy the premises where its registered office is located, the occupier of the premises must consent in writing to that location being used by the company (sections 100 and 142(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act).)

This written consent must be provided to ASIC if requested (sections 100 and 143(1) of the Act).

ASIC will add the occupier's name as a "c/-" to the address field whenever printed.
