This document is a basic form of deed that may be used if a service provider is engaged by a company. It can be used where the provider is concerned that payment may not be made, despite the services having been supplied.

This deed establishes a guarantee to be provided by the client to the service provider for payment for the services supplied.

There is also a useful indemnity provision for the service provider that may be utilised if desired by the parties.

This document has been authored for LexisNexis by Brooke Pendlebury, Principal, Pendlebury Workplace Law.
