This precedent is a special condition for use with the 2005 or 2014 edition of the Contract for Sale of Land by the Law Society of NSW and Real Estate of NSW. |
This special condition supplements clause 10.1.4 of the contact. That clause provides that the purchaser cannot make a claim or requisition or rescind the contract if there are changes in the property due to fair wear and tear before completion.
