This precedent is a letter to the vendor’s agent advising the agent that settlement has taken place. The precedent also deals with the following matters:

·                an order on the agent prepared by the purchaser’s representative authorising the agent depositholder to release the deposit;

·                accounting of interest payable; and

·                the agent’s commission.
