Letter to vendor’s representative forwarding transfer for execution (and strata/community notices)

This precedent is a letter to a vendor’s solicitor, conveyancer or other representative, forwarding the transfer for execution.

This precedent letter is used to send the transfer executed by or on behalf of the purchaser to the vendor’s representative for execution by the vendor in readiness for settlement. It is also usual at this stage (before 28 days in a standard 42 day settlement period) to forward any strata or community title change of ownership notices for execution by or on behalf of the vendor as well.
