This is a precedent letter giving settlement details to the lender (mortagee) who is providing finance to the purchaser. This letter is used to provide the purchaser’s incoming lender (mortgagee) with details of the settlement venue. It also provides directions to pay cheques out of the loan proceeds on completion. |
