This precedent is a letter sending a draft settlement statement to a vendor’s solicitor, conveyancer or other representative. This precedent letter is used to send the settlement statement to the vendor’s representative before settlement for approval. It can sometimes be used to deal with any urgent and other matters that need occur in anticipation of settlement. |
