This document is a template memorandum and notice of replacement of trustee.

Where a notice of removal is served, the deed of appointment of the new trustees should be suitably amended.

This notice should only be given where there is necessary provision for it in the applicable trust deed. The new trustee's consent to act should be obtained in advance.

Only insert if a second trustee continues.
