This document policy provides information for employees in relation to their rights and obligations with respect to discrimination in the workplace, and what is considered unlawful behaviour. The policy also sets out how complaints may be made to the employer.

It is suitable for use in any business with persons who are:

·                fixed-term employees;

·                casual employees; and

·                temporary agency staff and contractors.
